General Auditor	Overall responsibility for all auditing matters of the Bank.
Chief Compliance Officer	In charge of the overall supervision and conduct of compliance affairs.

Functional Committee

Sustainable Development Committee：To define the Bank's sustainable development strategies and to integrate the concept of sustainability into the Bank's business processes.

Accountability Committee：The Accountability Committee plays a central role in fostering a strong culture of integrity and accountability. It is responsible for overseeing the Eximbank's organizational structure and ensuring that all departments operate in alignment with governance and compliance standards. In addition, the Committee addresses key issues related to responsibility mapping and the accountability system.
