In order to make the line effective, your bank shall provide Eximbank with:
1.an evidence of an authorized signatory or specimen signatures of your bank certifying that the person(s) executing the documents in relation with Relending Agreement is correct, complete and in full force and effect.
2.a legal opinion from legal counsel acceptable to Eximbank.
3.a copy of appointment and acceptance letter of the process agent in the form as shown in the Relending Agreement.
