Interest Rate:
NT dollar rate: The interest shall be the 6 months Taipei Interbank Offered Rate (TAIBOR) plus the applicable margin.
US dollar rate: The interest shall be the 6 months TAIFX3 rate plus the applicable margin.
Taxes: Borrowers shall bear the sales tax, stamp tax and other related taxes.
