Interest Rate:
NT dollar rate: Floating Rate based on Taipei Interbank Offered Rate (TAIBOR) plus a fixed margin.
US dollar rate: Floating Rate based on the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) or an agreed base interest rate plus a fixed margin.
Taxes: Borrowers shall bear the sales tax, stamp tax and other related taxes.
