1. Any registered local manufacturer or engineering company.
2. Any public trading institution or trading firm with the following qualifications:
- More than NT$ 5 million of paid-in capital.
- Average annual exports/imports valued at more than US$ 1 million for the past three years, except for the trading firm that is capable of exporting machinery or has abilities in engineering design, upon assessment by the bank.
- Both the company and the chief person have good credit standings and no records of bounced check in the past year.
