Comprehensive General Export Credit Insurance
This applies to ILC（irrevocable letter of credit）export transactions only. It covers losses arising from the following risks：
1. Political risk：
Including war, revolution, civil disturbances, import bans or transfer restrictions in the buyer’s country and any other countries/areas relevant to the insured transaction at both pre-shipment and post-shipment stages.
2. Commercial risk：
Pre-shipment only; including insolvency of the private buyers, unilateral cancellation of the sales contract by public buyers, and nullification of the sales contract by exporters under certain circumstances.
3. Additional commercial risk：
Pre-shipment only.
